Return and Refund

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Size-related issues (₹350 fee applies for size exchanges).
  • If the customer receives the wrong product.
  • If the product is defective or damaged.
  • If an item is received in defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
  • For exchange of size related issues customer should mail or contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items on sale or clearance are non-exchangeable.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Custom Items Policy

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
  • If a custom item is received in defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

No Returns or Refunds

  • No returns or refunds after purchase.
  • Exchanges are only available under the conditions mentioned above.
