Return and Refund
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Size-related issues (₹350 fee applies for size exchanges).
- If the customer receives the wrong product.
- If the product is defective or damaged.
- If an item is received in defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
- For exchange of size related issues customer should mail or contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items on sale or clearance are non-exchangeable.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
Custom Items Policy
- Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
- If a custom item is received in defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
No Returns or Refunds
- No returns or refunds after purchase.
- Exchanges are only available under the conditions mentioned above.
